VISITORS FROM THE BUDDHIST CENTRE

We were delighted to meet Jenny and Nick from the Colchester Buddhist Centre. They came to school to talk to the children about their beliefs. The children were all very interested and particularly liked Nick's story about the elephant and the dog (which included some audience participation!). The children enjoyed singing one of their favourite songs, 'A Little Bit of Kindness' to Jenny and Nick and also welcomed the opportunity to reflect on times they have shown, or been shown kindness during a short period of meditation.
